Writing Space- Mindfulness Practice and Writing/living

Where do you produce your best writing — at your desk, on your phone, at a noisy café? Tell us how the environment affects your creativity.

I’m currently writing an e-book about self development, how we could improve ourselves in many aspect we live in today, as a growing human being we are faced everyday with new challenges, adversities, and demand from people around us. Often we are dwelled by our numerous tasks and forget to breath, I mean really aware of our breathing (like the one you be now). Mindfulness is a practice getting popular recently for it could improve the blood flow, and in turn supply more blood for the brain to process thoughts faster.

Mindfulness is a practice we could do anytime, whether we are driving, reading, and practically everything. This is one pracrice I need to write my book with full concentration. I like writing inside my room, with slow music in the background and the correct (24 degree celcius) room temperature, I found myself to work best at such environment. What about you?
