Don’t take problem personally, soecially all the small stuff

It’s okay to be not perfect, nobody is

Let go of the idea that gentle, relaxed people can’t be superachievers. Don’t rush your life, enjoy it as you step

Don’t get caught in negative thinking, it leads toa nother negative thought. Stop it as early as possible

Observe the miracle in your life, be compassionate with life

Remember that there will always be task not done, mails not read, even when you die

Stop cutting people talk, learn to listen

Do something nice and shut your mouth about it. Don’t try to brag or take credit, but let the joy of doing something good benefits you

When communicating, don’t speak about yourself, just listen

Live in the present moment. Life is not a dress rehearsal

Everyone is enlightened, except you. There’s always something to learn from other

Let the other be the right side, nothing benefits you by criticizing them

Be more patient, specially with the distraction around you

Be bored for some time

When in adversity, be the one to act or apologize first

Ask yourself, will this matter a year from now?

Accept that life isn’t fair

Slow down your life when stress caught you

Once a week write a heartfelt letter to anybody you know

Imagine yourself at your own funeral, what would you want people to think about you?

Life isn’t an emergency

Analyze your problem

Think of someone to thank each day

Smile to stranger

Set aside quiet time everyday for meditating, yoga, evaluating life

Imagine people as infants or elder when you are pissed by them, see the innocence

Seek first to understand before stating your view

Choose your battle wisely, not everything is worth fighting for

Be aware of your moods and observe it

Life is a test

Praise and blame are two sides of coin, they go hand in hand. Anything you do, some people will agree and some won’t

Practice random act of kindness

Look beyond people behavior, everybody is nice

Choose being kind over being right

Tell people how much you love them

Stay silent for your accomplishment

When in doubt who will do the task, go and do it

Take people the way they are, never try to fix them

Don’t judge, just observe

Develop your own ritual

Just agree with people criticism and watch it go away, just to avoid argument

Search the truth in other opinion

See everything will be broken or taken away, so just enjoy it while it last

Wherever you go, there you are

Breathe before you speak

Be grateful when feeling good, and graceful when feeling bad

Don’t rush, relax and enjoy life

Do one thing at a time, multitasking is a waste

When angry, count to ten while deep breathing

Even though your surrounding is in chaos, be the eye of the strom, keep calm and observe

Be flexible with your plans and accept changes of plan as inevitable

Think of what you have instead of what you want

Ignore negative feeling

Be happy where you are. You are what you practice most

Do a service to other

Never expect return whe doing favor

Think of problems as teachers

You don’t need to know the future or anything for that matter, be comfortable for not knowing

I’m not okay. You are not okay. And that’s okay

Wake up early and do your ritual

Focus on little things that helps other

One hundred years from now, how is your problem impact the world?

Know what your goals are and what does accomplishment means to you?

Listen to your gut

You don’t have to be involved in other’s problem. They may talk to you about their difficulties, just listen to them and don’t give any feedback

Give up the idea of more is better

Mind your own business

Look for the extraordinary in the ordinary

Schedule time for your inner work

Live this day as if it were your last, it might be
