Know what you want to do with your life

Create more time by being more productive in every activity, When is the time you are most alert and full of energy? That is the time to do your tasks.

The time you waste when waiting could be filled with productive activity such as reading books, email, etc.

When all is said and done, more is said than done

Clutter is the enemy of effectiveness

Writing your tasks helps you avoid clutter in your mind

Getting things done:
Make your work area attractive and equip it with everyhing you need to work
Create a filing system
Develop one list where you write or tupe everything that requires attentiom
Move every item the first time you have it, do it right away
Organize every item into: delete it, act on it, do it later
Convert thoughts to action steps
Take action on your action steps
Maintain a good system if what and when you need to do
Review your system
Revisit your long term goals

Planning your day could save you tremendous amount of time

Do things together when you have to travel to far places for both of the tasks

Make to do list and prioritize it.first do what important and urgent, then what important but not urgent, them what urgent but not important

Grade your to do list with a, b,c and do all A ro move to B

Eat that frog in the beginning of the day
