The most relaxing recreating forces are a healthy religion, sleep, music, and laughter. Have faith in God, learn to sleep well, love good music, see the funny side of life, and health and happiness will be yours.

Worry have a price to be paid, in terms of health

Problem analysis:
Get the facts, analyze the facts, arrive at a decision, and then act on it

Reducing worries:
What is the problem?
What is the cause of the problem?
What are a possible solutions to the problem?
What solution do you suggest?

Keep busy. The worried person must lose himself in action, lest he wither in despair.

Let’s not allow ourselves to be upset by small things we should despise and forget. Remember “life is too short to be little”

Lets examine the record. Let’s ask ourselves what are the chances, according to the law of avergaes, that this event I am worrying about will ever occur?

Cooperate with the inevitable

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things i can, and the wisdom to know the difference

Worry about things:
How much does is thing I am worrying about really matter to me?
At what point I should set a stop-loss order on this worry and forget it?
Exactly how much shall i pay for the goods or services? Have I already paid more than it is worth?

Don’t try to saw sawdust. Don’t regret the past

Taking things out:
Keep a notebook or scrapbook for inspirational reading. Read it when you are feeling down
Don’t dwell too long on the shortcomings of others
Get interested in people
Make up a schedule for tomorrow’s work today
Relax to avoid tension and fatique

You are tired because of the work you don’t do, not the work you do.

Make your dull job interesting

If you can’t sleep, then work!

Worrying about insomnia usually causes far more damage than sleeplessness

Try prayer and relax, or exercise so hard that you become tired

Most of your worries will not happen

Scale your problem impact to your life, is it that big?

Accept the inevitable

Live with gusto and enthusiasm. Live every day as if it were the first day you had seen and the last you were going to see.

Be absorbed in something that you lose your worries

See your troubles in their proper perspective. Will you still be worrying in the next two months? Then why worry now?

I stood yesterday, I can stand today. When you have survived the worst, you understand more of what you could do. Is it worse than what you have passed?

Know that God will take care of you, and overcome your worry

When you exercise, your mind is relaxed and free from worry

Try to laugh at your worries.

Have a back up plan to keep out from worry
