Always be yourself and have your own style. Even though you may not as great as your idol, if you be yourself with all your strength and weakness, it is still better than being a second great person.

Working habits to prevent fatique:

Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to immediate problem at hand

Never delay your tasks or problem or decision to make, when you have a problem solve it then and there if you have the facts necessary to make decision

Do things in order of their importance

First thing first

Learn to organize and delegate your works

Relax your body when you are working, there’s no need to put extra tense in your muscle

Your boredom, worry, emotional upset, and tenseness are the cause of fatique, not the work itself.

Do what you love and enjoy doing it, it will avoid boredom in your life which could cause fatique

If you have to do a boring task, why not pretend as if it is a very interesting one and enjoy doing it.

Gratitude is the key to happiness, there’s still a lot of people less lucky than we are but they are happier than us.

Look at the positive side of every events will cultivate your gratefulness

After you get what you want, don’t forget ro enjoy it as well

No one ever kicks a dead dog. Never take criticism seriously, it was made by jealous people.

Don’t bat an eye to unjust critics

Do the very best you can and what you know is right, then ignore all the critics. Whatever you do, there will always be a critic.

A criminal never blame theirself, they think what they do is right and justify their action.

Never give critic to other, even if you are emotionally angry, write a letter and toss it to the trash bin.

Giving rewards for a good behavior are more constructive than giving punishment for bad behavior

What people pursue in this world is the desire to be important.

People are craving for appreciation. Give a sincere one to them

Be hearty in your approbation and lavis in your price

If you want anybody to do something to you, you don’t tell them what you need, but you analyze the benefit of doing it for them. See it from their perspective.

Arouse in other person an eager want

Get interested in other person, genuinely.

Address people by their name

Everyone is better than us insome way, learn from them.

Make the other person feel important

Give appreciation to other

Show respect for other’s opinion, never say “you are wrong”. Lower yourself and state the facts.

Begin every discussion in a friendly way

Get the other person to say yes, so give them questions you know they’ll answer accordingly. Once they say no, their ego will act accordingly.

Let the other people think it’s their idea. Or let them participate in the decision.

Appeal to the nobler motives, explain the situation and conclude what’s fair

Call attention to people’s mistake indirectly, don’t criticize them on spot or in public

Talk about your mistakes first before criticizing

Give suggestion or question instead of order

Let the other save face
